Course Description:  This course provides learners with an overview of topics essential to conducting compliant radon testing in Minnesota. It is a 4 part class.

Lesson 1: Rules and Standards. An overview of MN rules, statutes, the ANSI/AARST standard and how they are enforced in MN.

Lesson 2: Notifications and Testing. A presentation on the requirements for pre-test notification and visual inspections prior to conducting a radon test.

Lesson 3: Reports. How to ensure that you are using a radon test report that meets the newest ANSI/AARST standards published in 2023.

Lesson 4: QA Plans. A look at the requirements for QA plans and information about the newest version of the MDH QA plan template available to licensees.

Course Description:  2022 Radon Measurement Overview (CE 22-01)

This course is designed for licensed radon professionals in Minnesota who conduct measurement as a part of their business. After completing the class, the student should have a better understanding of the laws, rules and standards that regulate the radon measurement industry, as well as the importance of proper testing procedures and documentation. The class is approximately 1 hour in length.
